Technician
Duties and
responsibilities: Maintaining and
updating a filing system. Data capturing on an IT system. Medical
Surveillance Procedures. Other duties that may be required from time to time by

Education: In addition to the technical aspects
of their job, surveillance technicians must be familiar with federal and state
laws that govern the installation and use of surveillance equipment.
Professional surveillance technicians are often required to obtain a General

and responsibilities: Medical
illustrators are healthcare scientists who specialise in producing photographs,
videos and graphical images for use in healthcare. A medical illustrator is a
professional artist with specialized training and advanced education in
medicine, science, art, design, visual technology, media techniques, and in
theories related to communication and learning. Collaborating with scientists,
physicians, and other content specialists, medical illustrators serve as visual
translators of complex technical information to support education, medical and
life science research, patient care, patient education, public relations, and
marketing objectives.

Education:
Most medical illustrators have
a Master's degree from an accredited graduate program from one of four medical schools.
There are currently three accredited programs in the United States and one in
Canada, each accepting 20 or fewer students per year. Entrance into all of
these schools is very competitive. Students concurrently take classes in
everything from the use of electronic media in surgical and conceptual
illustration to storyboard creation, interactive media development, web design,
animation, 3D modeling, and prosthetics. Graduate programs in medical
illustration are two years in length, and admission requirements vary from

Medical Assistant
Duties and
responsibilities: Assessments
involve checking a patient’s vital signs, performing a physical exam and
obtaining the patient’s medical history. Vital signs include blood pressure,
pulse, breathing rate and temperature. The physical exam involves measuring
height and weight, as well as looking for deformities or irregularities on the
patient’s body. A medical assistant obtains a medical history by asking
patients questions about their medical conditions, medications and allergies.
The MA records any findings into the patient charts and alerts the physician of
the results.

Education:
Medical assistants take vital
signs, maintain records and schedule appointments in hospitals, physicians'
offices and other health-care settings. Some medical assistants perform
clinical tasks, such as taking X-rays or giving injections, depending on their
qualifications and state law. The minimum education for a medical assistant is
a high school diploma. However, some states require training or examinations
for those who do clinical work, and some employers prefer assistants with
training or certification.

Duties and
responsibilities: FBI special agents conduct sensitive national security
investigations into a variety of criminal activities. They investigate
violations of federal statutes such as incidents of organized crime, terrorism,
interstate criminal activity, foreign counterintelligence, extortion,
white-collar crime, bribery and drug trafficking. Special agents execute
warrants, gather evidence and testify in federal court. They may also interview
witnesses or suspects to obtain intelligence on illegal activities. Filing
forms, preparing reports and keeping records are other important tasks involved
with this FBI career.

Education:
To be considered for an FBI special agent position, applicants must hold a
bachelor’s degree and fulfill additional qualifications in accordance with the
FBI’s current recruitment needs. Depending on the position, the FBI may give
preference to candidates with foreign language proficiency or a law, technology
or criminal justice degree. Individuals who have a bachelor’s or advanced
degree in any discipline and meet minimum work experience requirements may
qualify as well. Experience can be attained through FBI internship programs,
law enforcement work or military service. Additionally, all applicants must be
U.S. citizens between the ages of 23 and 36, and must undergo a background
check. Top Secret (TS) security clearance may be required for some positions. Special
agent linguists must meet all special agent qualifications and possess
proficiency in a language needed by the FBI. Languages currently deemed

services; teaching families. Monitors patient condition by observing physical and
mental condition, intake and output, and exercise. Supports patients by

household requirements; preparing and serving meals and snacks; running
errands. Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing,
dressing ,and grooming. Helps patients care for themselves by teaching use of
