Duties and Responsibilities: Acupuncture, a traditional Chinese medical art practiced for more than 5,000 years, involves inserting fine needles at points on the body's surface to influence physiological functions. Acupuncture practitioners treat a wide range of physical and psychological conditions and provide support for patients with chronic diseases. They can work in a variety of settings, including in private practice and hospitals. Most acupuncturists have master's degrees or graduate certificates from accredited acupuncture programs

Education: The School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine offers year-round educational opportunities with an academic calendar based on 3 semesters per year. New students may enrol every January, May and September and students may either choose to pursue year-round studies or to take a semester or more off at their discretion. Duties: The President is the senior volunteer leader of ACTE and serves at the order of the Board and the membership. The President is the Chair of both the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. The President has general supervision of all business and affairs of the Association and gives direction and inertia to the formulation and achievement of the Associations philosophy, mission, and strategy, and goals. The President assures that the Association is making timely progress toward the fulfillment of its strategic plan.

Education: The Constituation doesn't state any educational requirements to become President of the United States of America. So in other words, as long as you meet the requisistes of being a natural born citizen, being more than 35 years of age, and have lived for at least 14 years in American Soil you can possibly become president of the U.S.A. The presidential debates often let a candidate display his knowledge and/or his ignorance and interviewers often try to trip up a candidate. The papers make a big thing of any mistakes of fact made by a candidate.

Ear, Nose and Throat

(ENT)Doctor

Duties and Responsibilities: An ear, nose and throat specialist (ENT) is a physician trained in the medical and surgical treatment of the ears, nose throat, and related structures of the head and neck. They have special expertise in managing diseases of the ears, nose and nasal passage sinuses, larynx (voice box), oral cavity and upper pharynx (mouth and throat), as well as structures of the neck and face. ENT is the oldest medical specialty in the United States.

Salary: $205,000 per year

Education: Ear, nose and throat doctors, often called ENTs, need a medical degree and a license to practice in their state. ENTs study ear, nose and throat conditions, referred to as otolaryngology, and make diagnoses, prescribe treatments and perform surgeries related to the head, neck, face and throat.

Paris attacks: Charlie Hebdo cartoonists'                               funerals held

Funerals have been held for four people killed in last week's attack in Paris on satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo by militant Islamists. Friends and family paid last respects to cartoonists Bernard Verlhac, known as Tignous, and Georges Wolinski, as well as a columnist and a policeman. Pope Francis condemned the attacks but said there were limits to freedom of expression and people's faith should not be insulted. Seventeen people died in the attacks. Eight magazine staff, a visitor to the magazine and a caretaker died, as well as three police officers and four people at a Jewish supermarket. Al-Qaeda said it had directed the Charlie Hebdo attack. A private funeral service was held for Tignous, 57, in the suburb of Montreuil, ahead of his burial in Pere Lachaise, Paris' best known resting place for writers, artists and composers. A ceremony was held at Pere Lachaise for Wolinski, who was to be cremated. I think that is wrong

Electrocardiograph Technician

Duties and responsibilities: Electrocardiogram (ECG) technicians use special equipment and medical techniques to record the electrical impulses transmitted by a patient's heart. Data acquired by electrocardiogram technicians assists physicians and cardiologists in diagnosing medical conditions in patients.

Salary: $30,104

Education: Although certification may not be a requirement, many employers require technicians to obtain certification. EKG technicians can obtain certification through several organizations. Requirements for certification are typically the completion of a training program and experience on-the-job. Organizations offering certification exams for EKG technicians include the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion, American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians and American Certification Agency for Healthcare Professionals.
