Education:after completion of medical school physicians will generally enter residency training programs that range  from 3 -8 years .

Duties and responsibilities: acupuncture professionals are trained to treat the entire individual  rather  than the specific illness or  condition .  they take  into account a patient’s physical , metal and emotional condition  in order  to determine the proper course of treatment. Sometimes they might even help in the patient’s daily life.

Salary: $75,000-80,000

Education: master’s degrees or post-baccalaureate certificates from schools accredited by accreditation commission for acupuncture and oriental medicine. most programs require from 1,500-2,000 hours of acupuncture training , which take 3-4 years to complete.

Duties and responsibilities: the therapists for  acupressure are in change of finding the right spots on a patient’s body and adding pressure with their thumb to relive pains and illnesses such as headaches ,colds and flue , arthritis etc….

 Salary: around $35,000

Education: degree level in postsecondary training a degree in massage therapy

Duties and responsibilities:

Treat vision problems and write prescriptions for both pharmaceuticals and corrective eyeglass lenses. when necessary, they  perform eye  surgery .most ophthalmologists are in private  practice , however  some  are  employed by  hospitals Ophthalmologists are physicians who specialize in the treatment of eye disorders and diseases .they or clinics ,and others perform research .

Average salary: $90,000-$125,000

Educational requirements:

Only physicians  may  study  to become ophthalmologists .after completing medical school and an internship in ophthalmologist must  then  complete a three to five  year  residency in an approved  ophthalmologist program . after completing  their  residency program  am they must pass an examination  to be certified . Reflection:no because I would like to be a dentist.
